Weekly Transcripts

Weekly Transcripts

Every Sunday morning, Rubric generates a Weekly Transcript — a PDF report summarizing your health performance for the past 7 days, delivered as a push notification and accessible in-app.

What It Is

The Weekly Transcript is your official record for the week. It is formatted as a narrow PDF with a thermal receipt aesthetic: monospace font, 5.5-inch width, ink-on-paper color scheme. This is intentional. The transcript is not a wellness summary or a motivational report. It is a receipt — a factual account of what happened, stamped and filed.

The Grade Stamp

Each transcript carries a letter grade derived from your protocol adherence percentage for the week. Passing grades are stamped in ink. Failing grades are stamped in crimson.

AdherenceGradeCategory
90-100%APassing
80-89%BPassing
70-79%CPassing
60-69%DFailing
Below 60%FFailing

Individual protocols also receive their own grades within the Protocol Report section.

Material Deviations

The transcript flags noteworthy patterns from your week at three severity levels:

SeverityFlagExamples
CriticalRequires attentionSleep deficit (average below 75% of target), caloric overage (average above 125% of target), protocol breach (3+ fail days), consecutive low scores
WarningWorth monitoringScore decline vs. previous week, protein shortfall, activity below target
ObservationInformationalLow step count, sleep time volatility, fewer than 5 days with eligible scores, logging gaps

Material deviations are prioritized by severity. The transcript displays up to five findings per week, with the most critical appearing first.

Delivery and Access

Push notification. Delivered Sunday morning. The notification includes your weekly score and adherence grade.

In-app. Navigate to Profile, then Transcripts. A paginated list shows all past transcripts with period, grade, adherence percentage, and date. Tap any entry to view the full PDF.

Sharing. The transcript viewer includes a share button that opens your device’s native share sheet. You can send the PDF via message, email, or save it to Files. Share links expire after 5 minutes for security.

The Receipt Aesthetic

The narrow layout, monospace font (IBM Plex Mono), and restrained color palette (paper, ink, crimson) are not limitations — they are the product’s voice made tangible. The transcript looks like something an auditor would issue, because that is what it is. Every week, you receive a stamped record of your health accountability. No charts with swooping gradients. No congratulatory banners. A receipt.
