How do I cancel my subscription? +

You can cancel anytime through your iPhone's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Rubric. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my data? +

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

Does Rubric sell my health data? +

No. Never. Your health data is yours. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than providing you with the Rubric service.

How does photo logging work? +

Snap a photo of your meal. Our AI identifies the foods, estimates portions, and logs the nutrition automatically. You can review and adjust before confirming.

What devices does Rubric work with? +

Rubric is available for iPhone (iOS 16+). We integrate with Apple HealthKit and Oura Ring. Android support is planned for late 2026.
